Child Safety Standards
1. OUR COMMITMENT
Caspy maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes the standards we enforce, how we prevent and detect violations, and how anyone can report a concern.
2. CASPY IS AN 18+ PLATFORM
Caspy is designed solely for individuals 18 years of age and older.
By creating an account, the user declares and warrants the following:
• They are at least 18 years old,
• They are of legal age,
• They possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract,
• The information they provide is accurate.
It is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18 to use Caspy. Caspy is not a service aimed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data belonging to children.
3. AGE VERIFICATION
Caspy may request age verification in the following situations:
• Doubt regarding the user's age,
• Receiving a report about the user,
• Conducting a security review,
• Detecting risk in the use of AI Labs,
• Fulfilling legal obligations.
Caspy may temporarily suspend the account, request documentation, ask for additional verification, or permanently close the account. False age declaration is considered a material breach of the Terms of Use.
4. PROHIBITED CONTENT
Caspy enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding child safety. The following are strictly prohibited anywhere on the platform, including in AI Labs generations:
• Child sexual abuse material in any form
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate depictions of minors
• Content targeting or sexualizing children
• Uploading photos or voices of minors
• Use of child faces or voices in AI productions
• Deepfake or synthetic content featuring or resembling children
• Creating a child identity or synthetic character resembling a child
These violations are treated as severe violations of the Terms of Use.
5. PREVENTION AND DETECTION
Caspy applies content moderation to the content shared on the platform, including:
• Automated moderation using machine learning systems
• Keyword and pattern analysis to detect risky content
• Human moderator review
• Third-party security and safety providers
AI Labs generation requests are additionally screened by policy checks that block prompts and reference images associated with minors before they reach any generation provider.
6. HOW TO REPORT A CONCERN
Anyone — including non-users — can report a child safety concern:
• In the app: use the Report action on any Capsule, post, comment, message, or profile and select the relevant category (the report categories include Nudity, Abuse, and Other, which cover child safety concerns).
• By email: support@caspy.co
• Legal / law enforcement requests: lawyer@caspy.co
Reports are reviewed by our moderation and safety team. We do not require a report to act — content flagged internally through automated or human review is handled the same way.
7. OUR RESPONSE
When Caspy identifies or confirms a child safety violation, we may, without prior notice:
• Remove the content immediately,
• Suspend or permanently close the account,
• Restrict or disable related features (e.g. AI Labs, DMs, sharing),
• Preserve relevant records for investigation,
• Report the matter to law enforcement or other authorized institutions.
Child safety violations are treated as an emergency security situation: Caspy may intervene immediately and prior notification to the account holder is not mandatory.
8. COOPERATION WITH AUTHORITIES
Caspy may cooperate with courts, law enforcement, and regulatory institutions in connection with child safety matters and other valid legal requests, consistent with applicable law.
